Woo hoo!  Couldn't wait for the High Priestess to start this thread!

Great chapter!!!  Ended too soon!!!   A lovely new brother-in-law who dances divinely,  new digs in Bath for the happy couple,  and the ending leaves us hanging (NO SPOILERS FROM ME!!!).

OK.  My new word for the day ... nay, perhaps for the month ... is  "encomium".  I promise to try to toss it into casual conversation at least once.  Wink   And who knew Ruby Begonia stemmed from that era?  I thought it was a Southern USA name.

WE WANT MORE .... WE WANT MORE .... WE WANT MORE .... WE WANT MORE ....

I didn't know it was out yet! Yikes! Did the newsletter go out?

(Link here)

I know somebody who had a dog named Ruby Begonia and I loved it so much I gave it to one of the terriers.

How lovely to see Bath through Catherine's eyes again!  And I bet the Newfie would just love a chance to play in the Baths.

Ooh, so many familiar (and unfamiliar) faces converging on the town ... what can it mean?

I agree with Deb; the only fault is that these chapters end too soon, and we have to wait a whole month to read more!   Wink

And the plot thickens!!  It was so nice to see Eleanor and her husband out and about again (sitting this one out...I wonder, is Eleanor in a family way?).  And now the general has made an appearance!  I'm eager to see how this meeting plays out  Wink

I love how cute Henry and Catherine are together.  That image of Catherine daydreaming on the sofa was a lovely picture indeed.  Very well done Mags!!  I just wish there was more to read!!  Is it March yet?

Curiously, that IS why Eleanor was sitting out in the first draft, but I took it out. She might be pregnant (very early on), but she's really only sitting out because she wanted to talk to Henry, once she found out he was there. (I figure Mr. King came up to the Viscount and asked if he would lead a dance with his sister-in-law, and that's how they found out.)
